Tamra Judge discovers she's on autism spectrum during therapy

Tamra Judge “found out something pretty big” during her first therapy session.

“I am on the spectrum,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star told her “Two Ts in a Pod” co-host, Teddi Mellencamp, in Monday’s episode, referring to autism spectrum disorder.

Judge, 57, went on to say that “working through trauma” has been her “biggest problem.”

She explained, “I just thought that things were black and white to me. … I grew up with a family that didn’t have a lot of empathy or love or whatever, so that just transpired onto my adult life.

“But after talking and going through everything and my emotions, and I have a hard time with empathy and feeling other people’s feelings … there’s a reason why.”

The longtime “Housewife” linked the disorder to her social anxiety, confessing, “How I make it through the show is [by] drinking.”

She predicted a “rough few months” ahead as she undergoes “a lot of huge changes” in her life.

At the time of the recording, Judge had not told her husband, Eddie Judge, her news and promised to share more with Mellencamp, 43, off camera.

Podcast listeners praised the “courageous” Bravolebrity via Instagram for sharing her story publicly.

“Amazing to share such a private self discovery experience through therapy with the public,” one fan gushed. “That is beyond hard to do.”

Tamra, who has been an “RHOC” cast member since Season 3 in 2007, is no stranger to divulging private details about her life.

Last year, the businesswoman told her social media followers about her hospitalization over an intestinal obstruction.

Tamra had a brow lift and chemical peel in August, seven years after going under the knife for a facelift.

Not only did the reality star post pictures immediately post-op, but she shared hilariously honest text messages from her mom about her appearance.

“Your face literally makes me want to throw up,” Tamra’s mother wrote. “One of my friends called and asked if you had been in a motorcycle accident.”
